James began working at Yates Automotive as a T.C. Williams high school student over 13 years ago. James embodies the “friendly-serve” attitude and is often found out front helping customers on the pumps. You can always count on a smile when you see James. He is a very helpful person and whether you need air in your tires or help pumping your gas, James will always take the time to help. James is now the station Evening Manager along with his other duties including being your Service Advisor. James went to T.C. Williams High School and has been a lifelong Del Ray resident. You might even see him riding his moped to work.
