Rob has been at Yates Automotive for the past 9 years. With a long background in the auto parts business, he has a vast amount of car knowledge. If you’ve got a broken part, Rob is always able to find any part needed to get the job done. Rob started as a service Advisor with us, but with his great background, customer skills and organization he has moved up into the Manager position of the station. He gets customers cars done on time and on budget and is very well versed on all foreign and domestic vehicles. Getting the car fixed right the first time is what Rob is known for. He is there first thing in the morning to greet you and get the day off to a good start while he maintains focus on providing top quality auto repairs and superior customer service. Rob is also married and has 3 children.
